Little Sips of Love: “Peace in God’s Presence” is a 2-night retreat for women that includes short talks, prayer time, and opportunity for personal reflection and renewal. Limited spiritual accompaniment sessions will also be available for those who are interested.

Retreat participants may choose a more solitary or a more interactive experience, though the overall atmosphere will be one of quiet reflection, conducive to meeting God in the stillness of the heart and inviting Him into personal encounter.

Renew Spiritual Direction retreats are grounded in Catholic Teaching and rooted in Sacred Scripture. All are welcome. This is a time set apart to reflect on God’s loving presence and listen to His gentle invitation to find our peace in Him.

The retreat will be held at the Ocean Park Inn, located two blocks from the beach in Ocean Grove, NJ (theoceanparkinn.com), and will include ample opportunity to enjoy the natural beauty of the area.
